Core Beliefs
At Cliffdale Community Church our heart is simple — we want to see lives changed through Jesus. We exist to love our community well and help people experience the hope, purpose, and new life found in Him.
Our mission is to help everyday people become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. The church isn’t just a building — it’s a place where we grow, serve, and then go out to share God’s love with the world around us.

The Bible
We believe the Bible is God’s Word — true, trustworthy, and our guide for how we live. Though written by human authors, it was inspired and directed by God.
The Trinity
We believe in one God who exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each is fully God, distinct in person, yet perfectly united as one God.
Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, equal with the Father. He lived a sinless life, died for our sins, and rose again on the third day, conquering sin and death. He ascended into heaven and will return as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit is fully God and active in our lives today. He convicts us of our need for Jesus, lives in every believer from the moment of salvation, and provides guidance, understanding, and strength to live for God each day.
Salvation
We believe God created everything with purpose, including you. Although people have turned away from God (the Bible calls this sin), He never stopped loving us. Because of that love, He sent His Son, Jesus Christ. Jesus lived a perfect life and died in our place, taking the penalty for our sin.
Salvation is not something we can earn through good works or self-improvement. It is a gift from God, received by trusting in Jesus Christ. When we accept Him, we are forgiven, restored to a relationship with God, and begin eternal life with Him.

The Church
We believe the Church is the body of Christ and His visible presence in the world. We are called to reflect His love, live in a way that honors God, and share the good news of Jesus with those around us.
The Resurrection
We believe Jesus Christ died for our sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day. He is alive and reigning today, and He will return to judge the living and the dead and bring the fullness of God’s kingdom, making all things new.
